Room Rate: $139.00 plus tax (currently 13.63%, subject to change); total cost per room, per night is $157.95.

Reservation Guarantee: In order to guarantee a reservation, the hotel requires that attendees provide a deposit equal to one night's room and tax to be submitted at the time of reservation. This charge of one night's room and tax will be applied as a credit to the guest bill upon checkout. Should there be an invalid or declined credit card, the reservation will be canceled.
Refundable Deposit: Deposits are refunded in full if a reservation is canceled by June 1, 2020.

The meeting event code for the NUCUAA National Convention 2020 is NMU6N. Reservations and ticketing are available via www.delta.com. Select 'Book Your Flight' and this will bring you to the 'Book A Flight' page. Enter the meeting code in the box provided.
Reservations may also be made by calling the Delta Meeting reservations at 800-328-1111 Mon-Fri 7 am-7 pm CDT. Again, reference the meeting event code NMU6N. *Please note that there is a direct ticketing fee for booking through the stated reservation number.
Discounts on Delta or Delta Codeshare Flights can range from 2%-10% depending on where the passenger is traveling from. Once ticketed, if changes occur, an administrative fee may apply in addition to any difference in the fare.

Attendees of NUCUAA can take advantage of discounted fares when traveling to/from Orlando. Book your flights in SWABIZ using Company ID (99626310) to qualify for special rates and increased Rapid Rewards earning. Discounts are eligible for reservations booked February 1st through July 5th for travel July 19th through August 3rd.

Souvenir Journal Ad submission deadline is May 1, 2020. Please follow the guidelines submitted by our Souvenir Journal Chairman, Director Travis Harden. Below is the information regarding the ads. Vendor Contracts are available on the National web site. Please let those who want to be a Vendor know to contact Director Warren Willis at email@example.com. A deposit of $100 must be made with application prior to the Convention and full payment received by June 30, 2020.
Scooters & Wheelchairs:
Scooters and wheelchairs will be available again this year. The amount of the scooter rental is $195.00 for the week. A 50% deposit is due upon making your reservation. Balance must be paid by June 1, 2020, prior to your arrival to the Convention. Please contact Director, George Merida at if you need a scooter and forward your deposit to Financial Secretary Roslyn Moore, email Sister Moore at to get her mailing address. This payment can also be made online with your registration.
National Officer (Nominations):
Contact your State President to obtain a copy of the required Resume Format and Consent Form to be submitted by those intending to run for a National Office at this year's convention. State Presidents also have a copy of the Duties for Elected Officers, which includes a list of those who are currently serving in the positions and a note as to whether or not they are eligible for re-election.
The National deadline to submit these forms to your Regional Nominating Chairman is April 30, 2020. State Presidents should also have information on the Region's deadline to receive nominations for action at the proper Regional Conference. Region representatives are listed below.

National Outreach Project:
The Outreach Project for 2020 are backpacks and gift cards for two middle-schools in Orlando, Florida. Selection of the schools have not been provided at this time.
Young Adult Department Fundraiser:
The special projects for the Young Adult Departments is a power bank. Cost is $20.00. If there are more requests for items than they have available, they will accept paid pre-order sales for them.
Junior & Young People's Department Fundraiser:
The Junior & Young People’s special project is a Junior Department jacket. Additional information will be available as soon as possible. Sales will be based on pre-orders sales only.
Other Junior & Young People's Event Information:
The Junior Department outing to Universal Studios is scheduled for Wednesday of the convention. The cost with transportation is $100. Tickets must be purchased through online pre-registration on the NUCUAA website. There will be NO ADDITIONAL TICKETS AVAILABLE ON-SITE. Permission slips are required prior to attending and participating in the Wednesday outing. If National Supervisors do not have a signed permission slip, the young people will not be able to participate. No exceptions. Permission slips and all required forms are expected to be sent out by April 1, 2020.
The Evening of Elegance event is $20.00. Tickets will be available only through online pre-registration. This also applies to all who may may attend either or both activities. No money will be accepted for these activities at the site of the convention. Please adhere to these requirements so that the Board of Directors can adequately prepare.
Supervisors attending the Junior and Young People’s meetings or any activities with the Junior Department MUST have a background check prior to entering their meetings at the National Convention. If you have an approved background check from last year (2019) you will not have to complete another background check this year. Background checks are good for two (2) years.
