EASTERN REGION
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Recommended topics are always welcome. Topics can pertain to bettering yourself spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, or financially. In the past, we provided parliamentary procedure workshops to prepare you for leadership, knowing your spiritual gifts, "Who Moved My Cheese" and more. Workshops can be repeated as information changes same as people.

Eastern Region Workshops
At our 2025 Eastern Region Conference, we had two excellent presentations. One presentation focused on how to deal with daily stress. Along with information on how to recognize and address stress, we were also given a sample weekly meal planner. Dr. Louella K. McIntosh was the presenter, her bio and presentations are below.

The second presentation dealt with emergency preparedness. Sister Yolanda Greaves is an Emergency Preparedness Specialist, and she provided a very detailed guide that can be used by families and individuals. Sister Greaves bio and presentation are also below.
