Reservations Guarantee: In order to guarantee a reservation, the hotel will charge a deposit of one night's room rate $164.52 for each room reserved. The charge will be deducted from the total bill upon checkout. Should there be an invalid or declined credit card the hotel is required to contact the guest for a valid credit card. If no contact is made within 72 hours the reservation will be cancelled.

Southwest Airlines is pleased to offer NUCUAA Annual Convention attendees discounted fares. To utilize the discount, book via SWABIZ using Company ID 99337103. Discount valid for travel from 7/18/2024 to 7/29/2024. Attendees will receive a 3% discount and a 15% bonus Rapid Reward points.
Hotel Shuttle Service from and to the Airport: The host hotel does not provide a shuttle service from the Airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the Airport. The average Taxi fare for two individuals will cost about $35.00 per trip.

2026 - Orlando, Florida - July 22 - August 1, 2026 (rescheduled from 2020 to 2026)

School of Ushering:
A new updated version of our School of Ushering Manual is available for a cost of $10.00. An updated Instructors Guideline is also available at $5.00. Please note, only Members of our Association can purchase our copyrighted manuals.
Background Checks:
Supervisors attending the Junior and Young People’s meetings or any activities with the Junior Department MUST have a background check prior to entering their meetings at the National Convention. Background checks are good for two (2) years. Request for background checks should be sent to Board of Directors Chairman, Sadie Boles.
