Refundable Deposit: Deposits are refunded in full if a reservation is canceled before June 1, 2025 (11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time). Any reservations canceled after June 1, 2025, are
non-refundable.

Room Rate: $145.00 per night for Single, Double, Triple, and Quad rooms, plus 12.57% state and local taxes, for a total of $163.23 per night.

The Board is asking members, if possible, to
make your lodging reservation by December 31, 2024.

Reservations Guarantee: In order to guarantee a reservation, the hotel will charge a deposit of one night's room rate $163.23 for each room reserved. The charge will be deducted from the total bill upon checkout. Should there be an invalid or declined credit card the hotel is required to contact the guest for a valid credit card. If no contact is made within 72 hours the reservation will be cancelled.

Transportation information for the 2025 convention in Phoenix, Arizona has not been released yet.
Future Conventions:
2026 - Orlando, Florida - July 22 - August 1, 2026 (rescheduled from 2020 to 2026)
Sheraton Hotel - Room Rate $139.00 plus tax

2027 - The Central Region will host the convention. The actual location is being confirmed.
​
2028 - The Eastern Region will host the convention. The actual location is being confirmed.
​
2029 - In accordance with our Constitution and ByLaws, the 110th National Convention is supposed to be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A location is currently under review.
School of Ushering:
A new updated version of our School of Ushering Manual is available for a cost of $10.00. An updated Instructors Guideline is also available at $5.00. Please note, only Members of our Association can purchase our copyrighted manuals.
Background Checks:
Supervisors attending the Junior and Young People’s meetings or any activities with the Junior Department MUST have a background check prior to entering their meetings at the National Convention. Background checks are good for two (2) years. Request for background checks should be sent to Board of Directors Chairman, Pansy Bradley-Cooper.

We have several Outreach Projects to help our communities. We encourage you to go to our National Association's website and see how you can help through your tax-deductible donations.
