Refundable Deposit: Deposits are refunded in full if a reservation is canceled before June 1, 2026 (11:59 PM Central Standard Time). Any reservations canceled after June 1, 2026, are non-refundable.

Room Rate: $149.00 per night for Single, Double/Double, and Quad rooms, plus 12.5% state and local taxes, plus a 1% Orange County Center District fund tax for a total of $169.29 per night. {State and local taxes are subject to change.}

The National Board of Directors is asking members, if possible, to make your lodging reservation by December 31, 2025.
(Call Centers hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday to Friday and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekends)

Reservations Guarantee: In order to guarantee a reservation, the hotel will charge a deposit of one night's room rate $169.29 for each room reserved. The charge will be deducted from the total bill upon checkout. Should there be an invalid or declined credit card the hotel is required to contact the guest for a valid credit card. If no contact is made within 72 hours the reservation will be cancelled.
Transportation:
Transportation information for the 2026 convention in Orlando, Florida has not been released yet.
Future NUCUAA Conventions:
2027 - Hilton Downtown, Cleveland, Ohio. July 26-28, 2027. Room rate: $185 plus taxes. Three day convention will go into effect.

2028 - Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel, Towson, Maryland. July 24-26, 2028. Room rate: $165 plus taxes.
​
2029 - In accordance with our Constitution and ByLaws, the 110th National Convention will be held at the Hilton Hotel, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. July 24-26, 2029. Room rate: $129 plus taxes.

School of Ushering:
A new updated version of our School of Ushering Manual is available for a cost of $10.00. An updated Instructors Guideline is also available at $5.00. Please note, only Members of our Association can purchase our copyrighted manuals.
Background Checks:
Supervisors attending the Junior and Young People’s meetings or any activities with the Junior Department MUST have a background check prior to entering their meetings at the National Convention. Background checks are good for two (2) years. Request for background checks should be sent to Board of Directors Chairman, Pansy Bradley-Cooper.
